Alfalfa is one of the most popular sprouts. They are crispy and have a neutral and fresh flavour. They are one of the richest and most nutritious sprouts. Its phosphorus-calcium ratio is excellent and it contains the most important amino acids.

Alfalfa sprouts are rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, E, K, and A. They have a high content of proteins and minerals, such as phosphorus, calcium (5 times more than milk), magnesium, iron, potassium and sulpher.

They also have restorative properties for the body.
