PROPERTIES AND BENEFITS

Herbs are a product we should not be without in the kitchen, wild plants best used to add fragrance and flavour to all types of foods.

Herbs leave an aromatic note to the dishes in which they are present. They should add taste, but always respect and complement, enhancing flavor but never covering or taking anything away from the meal.
